Welcome to Money AI ("Money AI", "we", "our", or "us"). By using our app, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using Money AI.
1. Service
Money AI helps users analyze photos, manual notes, and related scan information for banknotes, coins, tokens, medals, bullion, checks, scrip, vouchers, fantasy money, reproductions, and related currency collectibles to receive an estimated authentic, reproduction, doubtful, or unknown result with confidence, evidence, warnings, readable text, translations, condition notes, history, and AI chat follow-ups.
Results are informational and based on available evidence. Money AI does not provide official authentication, grading, appraisal, bullion assay, legal-tender validation, legal advice, market-price guarantees, or guarantees about authenticity, rarity, material, or value.
2. No Official or Decisive Result
Money AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as any grading company, authentication service, mint, central bank, treasury, auction house, dealer, marketplace, assayer, appraiser, or government agency. The app's output is an estimate, not a certification, grade, appraisal, assay, legal-tender validation, or final expert opinion.
You are responsible for deciding whether to rely on a result. For valuable, rare, damaged, high-risk, or uncertain items, consult a qualified dealer, grading service, numismatist, appraiser, assayer, or other specialist before buying, selling, insuring, grading, or making legal or financial decisions.
3. Data and Security
We do not create a user account for you.
We store uploaded or taken images, manual item details, AI analysis results, saved scan history, and chat messages in order to make them available across sessions and to power the AI chat experience.
Some app versions may not yet include every deletion or privacy control. Where deletion controls are available in the app, deleted data is removed from our active systems. You may contact us for support with privacy or deletion requests.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to upload, share, or generate any content that is:
- NSFW or sexually explicit
- Violent, abusive, or harassing
- Illegal or promotes illegal activity, including copyrighted material you do not own, child exploitation material, or hate speech
We reserve the right to monitor uploaded content and permanently suspend access for violations of these rules.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Money AI may offer limited free checks and paid Premium access for additional scans, manual item checks, history, and AI chat follow-ups.
Prices, trials, features, and subscription options are displayed in the app paywall or store purchase sheet and may vary by region. Subscriptions are auto-renewable unless canceled according to Apple App Store or Google Play rules.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. We do not store or have access to your payment details.
6. Consumption Data and Refund Processing
By using Money AI and making in-app purchases, you consent to our sharing of data regarding your usage and consumption of purchased content with Apple as part of our efforts to resolve refund requests.
This data may include your subscription status, account tenure, and delivery status of purchased content. This information is shared solely to assist Apple in evaluating refund requests and is handled in accordance with Apple's privacy policies.
7. Intellectual Property
Money AI and its content, excluding user-uploaded photos, user-provided item details, and user-generated chats, are owned by the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the app.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Money AI is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, nor do we guarantee the accuracy, completeness, freshness, authentication status, grade, appraisal value, legal-tender status, material composition, rarity, or suitability of any result. Money checks can be affected by poor image quality, missing reverse-side or edge photos, wear, damage, glare, cropped details, altered or counterfeit-style items, ambiguous dates or mint marks, translation errors, incomplete visible evidence, and AI limitations.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Money AI and the developer are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including decisions or actions you take related to buying, selling, trading, collecting, grading, insuring, appraising, transporting, investing, legal-tender use, tax treatment, customs, or commercial use.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may terminate at any time by deleting available data in settings or uninstalling the app.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland.
